It seems to be a clear connection between how fast a general computer is and how smart software that we can develop. As the computing capacity is doubling every second year, the AI (Artificial Intelligence) area has been making huge improvements over time. There are many examples of how AI is starting to take off in a way that never seen before.

From Gartner: “By 2015, 10% of your online “friends” will be non-human”. This means that there will be software that can answer questions and phrases, which we write, as if it were a human being.. This will be used in not only in support systems but also as the first level interaction when users connect to the company.
